Welcome to Maison Madore ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at maisonmadore.ca (the "Site") and our wedding planning services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry form, or engaging our Services, you ("you" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Description of Services
Maison Madore provides personalized wedding planning and coordination services, including venue selection, vendor management, timeline creation, and on-site coordination. Services are tailored to your vision and may be delivered in-person or virtually. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services.
By using the Site or Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information during consultations and planning.
- Make timely payments as outlined in any Service Agreement.
- Cooperate with us and our vendors to facilitate smooth execution.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to events and gatherings.
4. Fees and Payment
Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis, with costs detailed in a separate Service Agreement or quote. Payments are non-refundable except as specified. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, and bank transfers. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of taxes (e.g., GST/HST).
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by Client: Strict no refund policy. Cancellations by Maison Madore: Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), we may cancel with full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. No refunds for completed Services or non-attendance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, photos, and planning materials ("Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Content without written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use planning materials solely for your wedding.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) harass, defame, or interfere with others; (c) transmit viruses or harmful code; or (d) impersonate others. We may terminate access for violations.
8. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., venues, florists). We are not liable for their performance, and you agree to hold us harmless from related claims.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Madore, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, emotional distress, or event disruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or actions of your guests/vendors.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
